Refund policy
Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy (Plant1)This policy applies to purchases made on the official Plant1 website (“Plant1”, “we”,“us”, “our”).
1) Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
• Within 24 hours of placing the order, or
• Before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2) Refunds
If your cancellation request is accepted as per the cancellation window above, Plant1 will issue a:
Full Refund (100% of the amount paid)
Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation and will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Note: Depending on your bank/payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
3) Returns / Replacements (Damaged or Tampered Delivery)
If you believe you received a product in bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please follow the steps below:
A) At the time of delivery (recommended)
• Do not accept the package and return it to the delivery partner immediately.
B) If you already accepted the delivery
• Contact Plant1 within 2 working days of delivery. To raise a request, please contact us with:
• Order ID
• Photos/videos clearly showing the damage/tampering
• A short description of the issue
Resolution
Once verified, Plant1 will arrange a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.
4) Return Condition
For any approved return/replacement, please ensure:
• The product is returned with original packaging, and
• Any included tags/accessories/manuals are intact (where applicable).
